Well, she worked with you, so is not like you guys are strangers. And you guys got well together.

So, I will say the most mature way to aproach her, is by phone.

But if you dont have her number, then start by sending her a personal message, saying how much fun you had while she used to work with you...dont send her a "{i miss you graphic" but tell her instead in your own words. Also ask her a question, so she can have a "need" to answer you.

And see how she reacts....if she answer you and keep on the conversation with you, then she might be interested in you, after that you can invite her to lunch...wich is more informal than movie and dinner.....and after lunch, by that you'll get an idea, if she likes you back or not, if you notice she might be interested, ask her out in a formal date, and if you think she is not, then tell her to call you back, if she wants to have lunch with you again....=)

We like guys that are not affraid of showing his emotions.
