How do I make friends on Myspace with girls I don't personally know?

There's so many pretty girls on Myspace and I want to add them as friends, but I don't know any of them. When I try to add them, most of them don't add me as a friend. Or the ones that do have like 1000 friends already and it's very hard to really talk with them because they have so many friends and don't know me.

So what's your strategy for adding and meeting people on Myspace?

I'd send a message to the person, introduce who you are, say a bit about what your into and like to do, ask about their interests and why you want to add them. Just saying "your pretty and I want to add you" wont cut it - it should at least seem that your interested in them and not just because they are pretty

Personally I let people come to me. But in your situation keep trying or go to other people page and take their friends that's what my boyfriend did and he has 500 or more friends that are girls. I just ask him, his advice is to just keep trying and send them messages get accainted with them tell them you name and how you want to be friends. Just keep sending out messages but if they profile is private then see if they would add you as a friend. Well I am on myspace if you need a friend you can add me if you want.
